“We got married in 2012 and for almost three years, we believed God for the fruit of the womb but it seemed nothing was happening. We were advised by concerned individuals on alternatives but we decided that we would not have a diluted testimony. So in 2014, we dedicated ourselves to the service of the Lord more than ever before.
As members of this Commission, we also believed that God truly confirms the words of His servant and truly performs the counsel of His messenger. Then, we attended Shiloh 2014 and believed that God would indeed bring us out of the grave of barrenness. On Wednesday, December 10, 2014 which was the second day of Shiloh, Bishop Oyedepo made prophetic declarations and
prayed for all kinds of situations including the fruit of the womb. At a point he shouted, ‘In fact, it has happened!’ We keyed into it and started rejoicing. At that instance, my wife who was on her menstrual period, noticed that it stopped instantly.
We started congratulating those around us and shared powder to them according to our tradition as new parents. Then, we went to Covenant University medical centre for a test and she was confirmed pregnant. Exactly nine months later, we delivered our child.
As if that was not enough, shortly after my wife was confirmed pregnant, God blessed my wife and me with miracle jobs almost at the same time. These jobs looked too good to be true and our offices are located opposite each other. We give God all the glory!” —Mr. & Mrs. Paul
