Activating The Strength Of Leadership

I believe in the statement "born leaders".

In fact leaders are born, yes. you are also a leader.
Since you are born and not vomited by your mother it means you have the leadership ability "potential" inside of you.
Most of the leaders failed in life due to undiscovered leadership.
Most of the people discovered their leadership, but the second hindrance is unrefined leadership.
If you can not develop your leadership skills, the result is incompetence and in our generation their is no room for average leadership skills.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAXIMIZE MY LEADERSHIP SKILLS??

1. BE A TIRELESS LEARNER 

Search for knowledge, go for
information. buy knowledge.
If you can input resources into your personal development, the output is impact.
Many people find it difficult to learn, they can't read any article or buy books. They can't become a leader. "NOTE THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEADERS AND MANAGERS".


2. LOOK FOR A MENTOR

Who is your mentor? who are you following.
In life there are two teachers
1. Mistakes 2. Mentors.

The role of a mentor is to show or direct you through the path of success.

3. BE DILIGENT

Diligence is the doorway to eminence.
Do it and do it.
If it can be done, it must be done.
Wake up in the night to develop your skills. Stretch yourself.

4. STUDY THE GREATEST LEADER.

Who is the greatest leader?
What could qualify a man to be the greatest leader?
What is leadership?

Leadership is sacrifice.  Leadership is a call unto depriving your self of pleasure and self convenience in other to lead the people.

Jesus Christ the son of God is the greatest leader, he endure the pain of the cross with the aim of reconciling the people to their GOD.
That is leadership.
Study the life of Jesus, learn from his leadership ability. He fed thousands of people, thousands followed him to the mountain.
Their is something you need to know about him.


CAN YOU LEARN FROM A MAN YOU DO NOT KNOW? HEAD KNOWLEDGE CAN NOT REVEAL THE SECRET OF JESUS' LEADERSHIP. IT TAKES A PERSONALITY TO REVEAL IT TO YOU. THE SCRIPTURE IS A SPIRITUAL BOOK AND IT TAKES A SPIRIT  ( THE HOLY SPIRIT), TO EXPLAIN AND REVEAL THE MYSTERY BEHIND HIS LEADERSHIP. AND UNTIL YOU ARE BORN AGAIN YOU CAN NOT PARTAKE FROM THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Do you want to know this holy spirit and benefit from his ministry then. Say this prayer.


Lord Jesus, I know you died for me, I have heard of you and I am interested in your government. I surrender my life to you. I say no to the devil, I receive eternal life. Come to my life, be my lord and savior. Thank you for saving. IN JESUS NAME.AMEN.
