Men will follow a leader if:-
1. If you can make them a stakeholder in the better future.
2. If they see you display faith, love,courage. Especially in your personal life.
3.  If they see you have truly sapped them- (you can not lead the people you can not gapped).
4.  If they see you truly see a future, they prefer to theirs today.
What A leader? A leader is one who has followers, a leader is one who sees further than the generality of the people.
